OTHM Level 5 Extended Diploma qualifications signify practical knowledge, skills, and competences equivalent to Higher National Diplomas (HND) and the second year of a three-year UK Bachelor’s degree program, assessed in academic terms.

The OTHM Level 5 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care Management comprises 12 mandatory units, totaling 240 credits with 2400 hours Total Qualification Time (TQT), and a minimum of 1200 recommended Guided Learning Hours (GLH).

To attain the qualification, learners must accumulate 240 credits, with 120 credits at Level 4 (across 6 units) and 120 credits at Level 5 (across 6 units).
